Ingredients
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
250 g | onions, sliced |
60 g | bacon, diced |
250 g | pork mince |
250 g | pork collar, cut into 3cm cubes |
700 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
200 g | carrots, peeled and sliced |
3 stalk(s) | celery |
200 ml | dry white wine |
500 ml | vegetable stock |
salt and pepper | |
marjroam, dried | |
3 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
butter |
Instructions
In a roasting tin fry the bacon and the onions in the hot oil until golden. Add the minced meat and the pork cubes and cook stirring until browned. Add the potatoes, carrots and celery. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Pour in the wine and cook over high heat until the liquid has evaporated. Add the stock, cover and cook in the preheated oven at 180°C for an hour.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and divide butter flakes on top. Bake for 20-30 more minutes until golden browned.
