Pomegranate jelly recipe details
Ingredients
800 l | pomegranate juice |
1.2 kg | caster sugar |
2 large | lemons, juiced |
170 ml | liquid pectin |
Instructions
Combine pomegranate juice, sugar and lemon juice in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add pectin and stir constantly. Cook until foam forms at the top. Skim off foam and remove from heat.Fill liquid into jars. Seal and place into hot water for about 5 minutes.
