Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
1 small | pointed cabbage |
2 tbsp | oil |
500 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
150 ml | beef stock |
1 | carrot, coarsley grated |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
100 g | single cream |
1 tsp | corn starch |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | white wine |
1 tsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tsp | soy sauce |
Instructions
Dice the onion and chop the pointed cabbage.
In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the minced meat over high heat until crumbly. Add the onions, the carrots and the cabbage and cook for some more minutes. Deglaze with the stock, cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Pour in the single cream. In a bowl stir together the corn starch and 1-2 tablespoons of water until smooth, then add this to the mixture and bring to a boil again.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, white wine, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
