Ingredients

4  pike fillets, washed, pat dry
mixed herbs
1  lemon, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1  tomato, thinly sliced
water

Instructions

Sprinkle fillets with mixed salted herbs and pepper. Top with lemon, onion and tomato slices and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Pour water into a large casserole and bring to a boil. Place fish in a strainer and lower into casserole.

Cover casserole and simmer for about 5 minutes, until fish fillets are white.
