4 | pike fillets, washed, pat dry |
mixed herbs | |
1 | lemon, thinly sliced |
1 small | onion, thinly sliced |
1 | tomato, thinly sliced |

Instructions
Sprinkle fillets with mixed salted herbs and pepper. Top with lemon, onion and tomato slices and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.Pour water into a large casserole and bring to a boil. Place fish in a strainer and lower into casserole.
Cover casserole and simmer for about 5 minutes, until fish fillets are white.
