- Ingredients
- 4 pears
- Lemon juice
- Cinnamon/sugar mix
- Whipped cream
- Kiwi or strawberry for garnish
Peel pears carefully with vegetable peeler. Slice pears in half lengthwise, trying to retain some stem if possible on each slice. Place pears flat side down in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and sugar mix. Microwave until fork tender, not mushy. Remove from dish and place each pear half on individual serving dish. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over cream. Garnish with kiwi slice, strawberry, or whatever is in season.
