Ingredients
450 g | plums |
3 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | water |
2 tbsp | port wine |
Instructions
Rinse the plums and make a slit in each plum with a sharp knife.Place them into a baking dish and add the wine and water.
Preheat oven to 100°C.
Bake near the top for 35-40 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with fromage frais or yogurt.
