Ingredients

450 g plums
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp port wine

Instructions

Rinse the plums and make a slit in each plum with a sharp knife.

Place them into a baking dish and add the wine and water.

Preheat oven to 100°C.

Bake near the top for 35-40 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with fromage frais or yogurt.
