200 ml | plum jam |
2 tbsp | vinegar |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
¼ tsp | ground ginger |
1 dash(es) | ground red pepper |
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine plum jam, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool.Refrigerate overnight in a covered dish.
