Plum pudding parfait recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | plum pudding leftovers |
350 g | sugar |
7 medium | eggs, whites only |
500 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar until fully combined.In another bowl, whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the egg and sugar mixture.
Break up the plum pudding and fold it into the parfait mix.
Line a bread tin with clingfilm, add the parfait mixture, cover with clingfilm and put it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Serving suggestion:Serve with brandy custard.
