180 ml | plum sauce |
2 tbsp | dry sherry |
1 tsp | sesame sauce |
2 tbsp | peanut oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
30 g | fresh cilantro, chopped |
2 tsp | hoisin sauce |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | grated ginger root |
Instructions
Combine plum sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Whisk in the oil, add the ginger, garlic and cilantro.Use to marinate chicken breasts, chicken wings, spare ribs.
