Ingredients

180 ml plum sauce
2 tbsp dry sherry
1 tsp sesame sauce
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
30 g fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger root

Instructions

Combine plum sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Whisk in the oil, add the ginger, garlic and cilantro.

Use to marinate chicken breasts, chicken wings, spare ribs.
