Ingredients
1.2 kg | chicken wings, tips removed |
4 tbsp | oyster sauce |
1 tsp | Chinese five-spice powder |
½ tsp | pepper |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | finely grated ginger |
1 tsp | cornstarch |
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the wings for at least 3 hours or even better overnight.Place a sheet of baking paper on the baking pan. With the oven at 200 degree C, bake the wings for 15-20 minutes or until top of the wings turn brown. Turn the wings and continue cooking for 15 minutes. The wings are good when cooked through and golden brown.
