Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1/2 bell pepper, any color, cut into thin strips
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 6 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup cooked rice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. In a large saucepan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes over medium-high heat, stirring often, until tender. Stir in egg whites, soy sauce and chicken, and cook thoroughly.
