Ingredients
1 tbsp | butter |
300 ml | plum jam, pureed |
50 g | fresh ginger, grated |
100 ml | red wine vinegar |
50 g | granulated sugar |
½ tsp | granulated garlic |
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan and add grated ginger. Sauté 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. and bring to a boil. Strain. Serve hot.Preparation time:
