|300 ml||plum jam, pureed|
|50 g||fresh ginger, grated|
|100 ml||red wine vinegar|
|50 g||granulated sugar|
|½ tsp||granulated garlic|
InstructionsMelt butter in a saucepan and add grated ginger. Sauté 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. and bring to a boil. Strain. Serve hot.
