Plum and fig pudding recipe details
Ingredients
20 | figs, stems cut off, chopped |
Ladyfingers, crumbled | |
700 ml | milk |
3 medium | eggs |
100 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | cocoa |
1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1 tsp | allspice |
1 tsp | nutmeg |
60 g | walnuts, chopped |
4 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, stir well and place in a buttered casserole. Dot with remaining butter and place casserole in a pan of hot water.Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Serve warm.
