Plum compote recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | plums, halved |
130 ml | elderberry juice |
2 tbsp | sugar |
1 stalk(s) | cinnamon |
2 | cloves |
1 tbsp | cornflour |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the plums, elderberry juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Cook over low heat for 4-6 minutes.Remove the cinnamon stalk and the cloves. In a small bowl, mix together the cornflour and some water until smooth. Pour into the plum compote and bring to a short boil.
Goes well with pancakes, waffles or crÍpes!
