Plum and ginger sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | plums, pitted and cut into quarters |
2 tbsp | red wine vinegar |
3 tbsp | Demerara sugar |
2 tbsp | freshly grated ginger |
125 ml | water |
1 tbsp | Worcester sauce |
Instructions
In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.Pass the sauce through a sieve and discard the plum skins.
Serve the sauce with roast duck or game birds.
