Plated Salad with Chicken Breast and Mozzarella Cheese recipe

Ingredients
250 g | lettuce, cleaned and torn |
100 g | cucumber, peeled and sliced |
50 g | radish, peeled and grated |
100 g | tomato, sliced |
50 g | leek, finely sliced |
2 | spring onions, finely chopped |
250 g | chicken breast with skin |
125 g | Mozzarella cheese |
dressing of your choice | |
2 slice(s) | white bread, cut into 1.5cm cubes |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Fry the chicken breast in a pan with some oil until done and the skin is crispy and golden brown.Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bread cubes until golden and crispy all around. Set aside.
Divide the lettuce on the bottom of 4 plates and arrange all the other vegetables on top. Cut the chicken breast and the Mozzarella cheese into neat slices. Top the salad with the meat and cheese.
Pour over a dressing of your choice and serve garnished with the croûtons.
