Ingredients
6 | plaice fillets |
50 g | butter |
½ | lemon |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the grill of your oven to high.Melt the butter, grate a little of the lemon peel and squeeze the lemon. Add the lemon peel and juice to the melted butter.
Brush the dripping pan of your oven with some of the butter mixture. Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper and place the fish in the pan. Brush with the butter mixture.
Place the pan onto the highest rack of your oven and grill the plaice for 3 minutes each side.
Serve immediately.
