Pineapple peach dipping sauce recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | canned pineapple chunks, crushed, juice reserved |
1 | peach, peeled, pitted, cut into chunks |
1 tsp | grated ginger |
Instructions
Process pineapple and peach in a blender until smooth. Add ginger and blend again to combine well. Add pineapple juice and process again for another 5 seconds.Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until serving time.
