Pina colada pork chops recipe details
Grilled pork chops are served with a cool coconut milk and pineapple sauce spiked with plenty of fresh lime!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 boneless pork chops
- 3 limes, juiced, divided
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
- chipotle pepper to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 minced green onions for garnish
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro for garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Marinate the pork chops in the juice of 1 lime for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat grill for medium-high heat.
2. Make the pina colada sauce by stirring together the juice of 2 limes with the coconut milk, and crushed pineapple. Season to taste with chipotle pepper, salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Remove the pork chops from the lime juice, and pat dry. Season to taste with chipotle powder, salt and pepper. Grill until no longer pink in the center, 7 to 10 minutes.
4. Spoon the pina colada sauce over the pork chops to serve. Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro to garnish.
