Ingredients
200 g | pike fish, skinned, deboned, diced |
40 g | pineapple pieces, drained |
450 g | mixed vegetables: |
peas | |
carrots | |
sweet corn | |
250 g | Bulgur wheat |
400 ml | yogurt |
1 tbsp | tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | mayonnaise |
lettuce leaves |
Instructions
Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter.
Combine fish, pineapple, peas, carrots, corn, bulgar wheat, yogurt, ketchup and egg mayonnaise. Toss to combine well.
Spoon fish mixture on top.
