|200 g||pike fish, skinned, deboned, diced|
|40 g||pineapple pieces, drained|
|450 g||mixed vegetables:|
|250 g||Bulgur wheat|
|1 tbsp||tomato sauce|
Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter.
Combine fish, pineapple, peas, carrots, corn, bulgar wheat, yogurt, ketchup and egg mayonnaise. Toss to combine well.
Spoon fish mixture on top.
