Ingredients
400 g | flour |
250 g | vegetable shortening |
60 ml | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp | granulated sugar |
2 tsp | salt |
150 ml | water |
1 large | egg |
1 tbsp | white vinegar |
Instructions
Combine flour, shortening, oil, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.In another bowl, beat together egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture and mix until you have a soft dough, adding more water if needed.
Shape into 4 balls and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes prior to using.
