4 | broccoli florets, cooked, chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | wine vinegar |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Place broccoli in a jar. Add the salt, cover the jar, and shake vigorously. Refrigerate overnight.Drain out the water from the jar and add the garlic, vinegar, and olive oil, and shake again. Refrigerate for several hours.
