Picante potato pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 package (12 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup picante sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
