Persimmon pudding recipe details
Ingredients
470 g | persimmon pulp |
500 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
250 g | flour |
600 ml | milk |
60 g | butter, melted |
½ tsp | baking soda |
2 tsp | baking powder |
½ tsp | ground cinnamon |
¼ tsp | vanilla extract |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170°C.In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Stir well until smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove the pudding from the heat.
Serve the pudding with whipped cream or caramel sauce.
