Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 8 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating
1. Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon pepper, dill, fennel, and 1 teaspoon salt in a plastic resealable bag. Seal bag and shake to incorporate. Add salmon and reseal bag; turn to coat.
2. Refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Add salmon (unskinned side face up); cook in hot oil for about 8 minutes, without flipping. Salmon will flake easily when it’s finished.
