Ingredients
4 | beef tenderloin steaks |
1 tbsp | black peppercorns, crushed |
½ tsp | salt |
Port Wine Mushroom Sauce, see database |
Instructions
Prepare the sauce and keep warm.
Sprinkle steaks with peppercorns and salt. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add steaks. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Serve steaks with Mushroom Sauce.
