Ingredients
60 g | white cabbage, shredded |
60 g | red pepper, finely sliced |
60 g | green pepper, finely sliced |
90 g | carrots, peeled and cut into fine strips |
90 g | butternut squash, peeled and cut into fine strips |
60 g | mayonnaise |
60 g | soured cream |
1 bunch(es) | coriander, chopped |
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss thoroughly, season to taste and set aside for about an hour for the flavours to develop.Chill for at least 2 hours before serving and serve cold.
