Penrose pot luck supper spinach casserole recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 packages chopped spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 3/4 stick butter
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 5 grain crackers
Cook spinach and drain. Melt butter and cream cheese; add spinach. In casserole, put 1 layer spinach, 1 layer artichokes, and 1 layer spinach. Cover with crumbled crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
