Ingredients
750 g | snap peas |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
6 | radishes, cut into wedges |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
2 tbsp | butter, unsalted |
Instructions
Heat the butter over medium heat, add the peas, and cook, tossing frequently, until the peas begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion and radishes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook, tossing frequently, for about 2 minutes more. Serve.
