Lamb with basil and parsley sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 | lamb steaks |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | olive oil |
100 g | tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
300 ml | lamb broth |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and sautee 2-3 minutes. Add the lamb and sautee on each side until cooked through.Combine place the tomatoes, stock and seasonings in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a saucepan, heat through and serve with the lamb.
