Ingredients
700 ml | peas, fresh and shelled |
70 g | butter |
¼ tsp | lemon rind, grated |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | mint, fresh and finely chopped |
salt |
Instructions
In a large saucepan steam the peas in a little water for 5 minutes. Stir in the butter, lemon rind and juice and mint. Season with salt and serve hot.
