Ingredients

1 kg fresh or frozen peas
3 tbsp olive oil
250 ml vegetable broth
1 medium onion, finely chopped
100 g ham, cut into small pieces
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook peas in the vegetable broth for 5-10 minutes. Drain.

Heat oil in a skillet and add onion, ham and peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste.
