Ingredients
1 kg | fresh or frozen peas |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
250 ml | vegetable broth |
1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
100 g | ham, cut into small pieces |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook peas in the vegetable broth for 5-10 minutes. Drain.Heat oil in a skillet and add onion, ham and peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste.
