Ham hot pockets recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | frozen puff pastry, thawed |
20 slice(s) | ham (thin slices) |
2 | egg yolks |
Instructions
Roll out the puff pastry and divide in 20 equal squares (approximately 7*7cm). Preheat the oven to 210°C.Dice the ham and place on each square approximatly one diced slice of ham. Brush the puff pastry edges with whisked egg yolk, then firmly press the edges together. Brush the top of the pockets with egg yolk as well.
Rinse a baking sheet with cold water, place the ham pockets on the sheet and allow them to rest for 15 minutes.
Transfer the baking sheet into the oven on the second rack from the bottom and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Serve still hot.
