Ingredients
4 small croissants
3 ounces cream cheese, softened (you can use any kind — even flavored)
1 large peach
1 cup milk or half & half
2 eggs
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
Several teaspoons peach schnapps (optional)
Instructions:

Split croissants and spread cream cheese on bottom halves. Peel and thinly slice peach and place top halves evenly on the cream cheese. Whisk the remaining ingredients together. Dip each croissant in the egg mixture and, using electric skillet or frying pan, cook on each side until golden brown. Cook slowly so the middle gets hot. You can keep in the oven at 300 degrees by placing on a cookie sheet lined with foil and covering the pillows until serving time.
