Peach dessert topping recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | peaches, peeled, pitted, crushed |
70 g | sugar |
120 ml | orange juice |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Mix peaches, sugar, orange juice in a non-aluminum saucepan. Cook and stir over high heat and bring to a boil.Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered until sauce thickens, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla and let cool completely.
Serve over cheesecake, ice cream, pound cake or waffles.
