Peach blueberry crumble recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 1-1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1-1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Combine peaches, blueberries, sugar, and almond flavoring. Place in small, individual casseroles or one 9-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Combine all topping ingredients except butter. Spread dry ingredients on top of fruit. Pour melted margarine over all and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until juices have thickened and topping is brown.
