Peach blackberry cobbler recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 cups fresh or frozen peaches and blackberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in an 8 x 10-inch baking pan and place in warm oven to melt. In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into the pan of melted butter. Top with the fruit and bake for about 40 minutes or until topping is browned and crisp. Serve with cream.
