3 tbsp | milk |
salt and pepper | |
1 handful | peas |
1 tsp | oil |
2 slice(s) | cooked ham, cut into strips |
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Add the peas and season with salt and pepper.In a pan, heat the oil. Pour in the egg mixture. Sprinkle with the ham and bake over medium heat until nearly set. Flip and bake for some more seconds, then transfer onto a warmed plate and serve immediately.
