Pasta with Walnuts and Stilton recipe

|200 g||small pasta, e.g. Penne|
|80 g||blue Stilton, crumbled|
|100 g||single cream|
|freshly ground black pepper|
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
In a saucepan, heat the butter and fry the nuts briefly. Add the cream and the cheese and cook stirring over low heat until creamy. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add the pasta to the sauce.
Toss, sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
