2 large chopped tomatoes
1 garlic clove, minced
4 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
2 Tablespoons fresh or dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:

Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic salt and pepper. Set aside at room temperature for several hours. Serve over hot pasta. If desired, garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese.
