Ingredients
250 g | pasta of your choice, e. g. fettuccine |
1 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
2 | onions, thinly sliced |
3 clove(s) | garlic, thinly sliced |
800 g | can diced tomatoes |
100 ml | water |
370 g | can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked |
some | flat-leaf parsley |
some | freshly shaved parmesan |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water al dente and drain.Meanwhile cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softens.
Add tomato and water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and season. Remove from heat and stir in tuna and parsley.
Top with parmesan and serve with garlic bread.
