Pasta with spring onions and bacon recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | pasta |
2 bunch(es) | spring onions, sliced |
150 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
150 g | bacon, diced |
30 g | butter |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.Roast the bacon in a pan without oil until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. Heat butter and oil in the pan and sauté the spring onions until lucent.
Drain the cooked pasta, place into a warmed bowl and combine with Parmesan cheese, bacon and the spring onions. Toss, sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
