Pasta with spicy cherry tomatoes recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | pasta |
1 kg | cherry tomatoes, halved |
9 tbsp | olive oil |
200 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tsp | oregano |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 large | chili, seeded and sliced |
5 leaves | basil, chopped |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | paprika powder |
1 tsp | Tabasco sauce |
1 tsp | pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Coat the bottom of a casserole with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt, paprika powder, Tabasco, pepper, garlic, chili, basil and oregano. Drizzle 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and bake for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and add to the tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, toss well and serve immediately.
