Pasta with ham cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | pasta, Macaroni |
100 g | frozen peas |
1 small | onion |
90 g | cooked ham |
1 tbsp | cream cheese, Primula cheese |
150 ml | single cream |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook the pasta.Whilst the pasta is cooking cook the frozen peas in another pot.
Shred the onion and fry slowly. Shred the ham and add to the onion. Now add a generous table spoon full of cream cheese. Once cheese has melted, add the single cream and cooked peas. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pasta or alternatively add the pasta to the sauce, mix and devide onto plates.
