Ingredients

250 g pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
60 g shallots, peeled and finely sliced
1 tsp corn flour
½ tsp amchur powder
300 ml thickened cream
160 g baby peas, frozen
185 g tuna in oil, canned
some salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

Cook the pasta of your choice al dente and drain well.

In the meantime heat the oil and sautee the shallots until they are soft. Stir in the flour and the amchur (green mango powder).

Pour in the cream and stir until it thickened. Stir in the peas and heat them through.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve the sauce and pasta with drained tuna immediatly.

Tip: Substitute the tuna with smoked salmon.
