Pasta with cream sauce and peas recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | pasta |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
60 g | shallots, peeled and finely sliced |
1 tsp | corn flour |
½ tsp | amchur powder |
300 ml | thickened cream |
160 g | baby peas, frozen |
185 g | tuna in oil, canned |
some | salt and ground black pepper |
Instructions
Cook the pasta of your choice al dente and drain well.In the meantime heat the oil and sautee the shallots until they are soft. Stir in the flour and the amchur (green mango powder).
Pour in the cream and stir until it thickened. Stir in the peas and heat them through.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve the sauce and pasta with drained tuna immediatly.
Tip: Substitute the tuna with smoked salmon.
