Ingredients

200 g black olives, pitted
230 g butter, unsalted
chives, finely chopped
fennel, finely chopped
parsley, finely chopped
chervil, finely chopped
olive oil

Instructions

Combine the olives with a little olive oil in a food blender and process until smooth. Soften the butter and add to the olive paste. Add the herbs and blend mixture for a few more seconds.

Chill for a few hours before serving.

Serve with pitta bread, carrots, celery.
