Pasta with cockles and calamari recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pasta |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
6 | cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
250 g | small calamari, ready to cook, roughly chopped |
500 g | cockles, cleaned |
1 can(s) | peeled tomatoes, finely diced |
250 g | shrimp, ready to cook |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a pan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute. Add the calamari and stir-fry for another minute. Stir in the cockles and cook over medium heat until they are open. Pour in the canned tomatoes. Add the parsley and the shrimps and bring to a boil. Take from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta and combine with the sauce.
Serve garnished with the cherry tomatoes.
