Ingredients

300 g	pasta
2 large can(s)	artichoke hearts, drained
200 g	cream cheese
	salt
60 ml	single cream
4 tbsp	tomato puree
1	onion, chopped
3 clove(s)	garlic, minced
2 tsp	oil
	cayenne pepper
3 tbsp	freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain the pasta.

Sauté the garlic and the onion in oil util lucent. Add the artichokes and cook over low heat until almost browned. Stir in the cream cheese, cream and the tomato purée and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Stir in the cooked pasta and toss. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve sprinkled with the Parmesan cheese.
