Pasta with a Lemony Cream Sauce recipe

|1||lemon, grated peel and juice|
|1||lime, grated peel and juice|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|1 bunch(es)||basil, chopped|
|200 ml||single cream|
|2 tsp||instant vegetable stock|
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Stir in the stock and simmer until slightly thickened. Take from heat. Mix together the egg yolks and some of the sauce. Stir this into the sauce. Add the basil and season to taste with the lemon and lime zest, lemon and lime juice, salt and pepper.
Drain the cooked pasta, mix with the cream sauce and toss. Serve immediately!
