Pasta spinach casserole recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | ribbon noodels |
350 g | frozen spinach |
200 g | low fat cream cheese |
150 ml | vegetable stock |
2 | eggs |
2 | garlic cloves, crushed |
salt | |
pepper | |
nutmeg | |
70 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Thaw the spinach, drain well. Cook and drain the noodles.Beat together the cream cheese, vegetable stock, eggs, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix together the spinach and noodles and add the cream cheese mixture.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place everything in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and bake for about 30 minutes.
